Maintenance Technician

Hamilton Health Box (HHB) is a rapidly growing private equity-backed healthcare startup operating hybrid telemedicine-enabled primary care clinics for businesses and rural markets across the country. Our goal is to find high potential individuals to drive a high-touch, low cost healthcare experience for all our patients and clients.

Hamilton Health Box is looking to add an experienced Maintenance Tech to our support team.

The duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with the Director of Maintenance
• Process work orders in a timely fashion
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service
• Perform maintenance tasks according to company policy and procedures
• Minimize personal and property damage while safely performing maintenance activities
• Report and document maintenance activities in compliance with company policy and regulations
• Property inspection and daily maintenance
• Assist in the set-up of medical clinics
• Implement a preventative maintenance schedule
• Proficiency with a broad range of hand tools and power tools
• Basic vehicle maintenance and knowledge
• Painting
• Basic Electrical services and repair
• Construction services and repairs
• Professional behavior and communication skills

Qualifications Required Include:

• Basic computer usage and network topography knowledge - A+ certification is a plus
• High School Diploma
• Vocational School and/or Maintenance Technician Certification is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be comfortable working on a ladder
• Travel locally and possibly regionally up to 50% of the time

Pay:

• $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
